Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not yet been shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once the products have been dispatched.
We will process your request within 2 business days.
Product Warranty
Our products come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you encounter any issues or defects during use, please contact us at support@comfelie.com. Allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
Return Policy
Returns (if applicable)
We’re sorry that you're not 100% satisfied with our products. If you would like to return or exchange a product due to quality issues, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing tags?
Non-returnable items:
1.Underwear.
2.Refunds are not possible if the original tags or packaging have been damaged.
Items marked as “non-returnable” as well as free gifts cannot be returned.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Items marked as “non-returnable” and free gifts cannot be returned.

Please double-check your return package before sending it. We are not responsible for products returned that are not from COMFELIE.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns sent without prior return authorization.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please email us at support@comfelie.com.
Would you like to exchange your item for a different size or color? Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The exchange process must be completed within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for both the return and reshipping costs. Email us at support@comfelie.com to initiate the exchange.
How to Return a Product
If you meet the return or exchange conditions, please follow these steps:

Contact our support center first, as we only accept authorized returns.

Provide your order number, order date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

COMFELIE will notify you by email whether your return request has been approved.

Once you receive our return instructions, send the items in their original packaging to the address provided by our customer service. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend insuring the package to cover any loss or damage during transit.

Clearly write the order number on the outside of the package.

After approval, you have 30 days to return your product.

Most returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your package.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account.

In certain cases, we may only grant a partial refund (if applicable):

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
